A well-established financial services business with Platinum Investors in People accreditation, is looking for an experienced prudential risk specialist to provide oversight of liquidity, capital and market risk management.
The candidate will be required to develop and support the regulatory, treasury and financial reporting frameworks in accordance with emerging good practice and regulatory expectations.
Hybrid working is available for all employees and can be tailored to suit the individual.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of the regulatory reporting framework ensuring complete, accurate and timely submission of all regulatory returns
- Monitor the regulatory reporting requirement to ensure that the suite of reporting is current
- Provide support to the business in identifying the impact of new regulation on current and proposed activity
- Report to relevant stakeholders on the performance of the regulatory reporting
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure requirements and responsibilities are clearly understood
- Maintain the procedures, interpretation documents and policies that support the regulatory reporting
- Work with second and third line to ensure that the reporting framework is robust.
Experience Required
- Previous financial services experience
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting team is preferred
- Effective prioritization skills to ensure delivery meets critical deadlines
- Confident and able to analyse and present complex information with internal and external customers
- Ability to utilise new information, processes and training
- Effective communication skills for written and verbal reporting
- Commitment to deliver and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of £27,000 plus excellent benefits.
