We're seeking a Domestic Electrician to work within testing and remedials on both tenanted and void properties performing electrical compliance inspections and maintenance, plus installs.

Role Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day repairs and installs on tenanted/void properties carrying out Testing and remedial works
• Collaborate with stakeholders, referring complex cases to senior staff when needed.
• Foster positive customer relations, upholding a reputation for excellence.
• you'll conduct inspections, testing, and complete repairs, including bathroom and kitchen upgrades and property rewires.
• Contribute to emergency callouts on a rotational basis ( 1in 6 weeks)
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Complete apprenticeship or equivalent training in electrical installation work.
• Hold relevant qualifications 2365 plus AM2
• Ideally hold Level 3 Award in Initial Verification and Periodic Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations Course (City & Guilds 2392)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within 1 hour
• Desire to learn and support apprentices and trainees, contributing to team growth.
