We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our USA team.
This position is based in our Central London office, with the goal of relocating the team to the East Coast of the USA within the next 6 months. Relocation to the US is not mandatory but is an attractive benefit offered to our team members.

Role Purpose
We are looking for a driven Associate Consultant, ideally with IT recruitment experience, to join our team. This role offers significant growth potential and the possibility of relocation for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Straight away you'll be able to take on warm roles with some of Nicoll Curtin’s existing clients, so you can hit the ground running
- Handle all aspects of the recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the process
- Focus on building relationships with clients and candidates, we all work towards building solid, long term relationships with some of the best talent out there

Skills and Experience
- Previous recruitment experience is a must
- Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates
- Sales driven mindset, achievement-oriented
- Independent person with good organizational skills
The key requirement is having a British passport and a degree because of the relocation visa we will be providing.
