Job Posting for Carpenter at Niyaa People

We are looking for a Carpenter in the Swindon area on a permanent basis to join a responsive repairs team and work within social housing. You will receive a great benefits package with your salary including over 30 days holiday and pot.

The Successful Carpenter Will Receive

  • £34,000 per year
  • Optional overtime
  • Company van
  • Fuel card
  • 25 days holiday bank holidays

The Carpenter Will Be Required To

  • Complete all aspects of repairs and maintenance within occupied homes
  • Liaise with tenants
  • Use a PDA system to log jobs

The Successful Carpenter Will Have

  • Qualification or be time served in Carpentry
  • Experience working in domestic repairs
  • Full driving licence
  • Be able to complete a DBS check
  • Any additional trade skills will be a bonus
