We have a hugely exciting opportunity to join Nomad Foods’ Central Brand Communications team, as a Brand Campaign Manager; supporting in the development of best-in-class, 360 campaigns for our most iconic and beloved brands (Global and Local).
The Central Brand team are a small but highly impactful team, with a lot of exciting work to be done over the next few years. This is a rare and brilliant opportunity for the right person to make some real impact, help the team grow from strength to strength and be apart of some truly fantastic projects.
About the role
You will support in the developing of best-in-class 360 campaigns for our Nomad Foods global and local brands across key segments (Veg, Fish), our Masterbrand Platform and Growth Platforms (innovation).
This includes assisting in the end to end management and development of these campaigns from briefing stage through to final delivery inclusive of all creative and production. You will also act as junior strategic partner to our Central Portfolio Team (product development) and local Marketing Teams – providing them with brand and communication mindset and experience.
Key role responsibilities
End to end campaign management: Creating best in class communication briefs, foster good relationships with both agency and internal colleagues. You support in omni-channel production delivery of campaigns and show interest and appreciation for big ideas and brave creative work.
Brand & Communications consultancy/expertise: You are always striving to bring the outside in. You are passionate about what we do and providing brilliant brand and communications advice to colleagues. You are trusted by the rest of the business and able to offer a brand perspective in business decisions and provide junior partnership to the Portfolio team and local marketing teams offering brand and communications expertise to their specific needs.
Brand Guardianship: , You support in the development of clear brand identities for Global and Local brands, and ensure all brand assets are used consistently and persistently across all channels. You also help to ensure the creative look and feel of central campaigns is in accordance with brand guidelines and overall Nomad Foods Brand (BEIF) Strategy.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creatively minded individual with fantastic attention to detail. Ideally someone who has experience as a Brand Campaign Manager or creative agency experience who critically understands how best in class brands are built and grown, how to effectively partner with agency and media agencies to create and deliver brand communications, and who understands the production process.
