Receptionist
Reporting to Global Head of Inclusion, Wellbeing & Workspace
Location: London - will be required to work in our London office 5 days a week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth running of the reception and office
- Greeting all visitors and be the first point of contact for any queries
- Managing all inbound calls including taking messages, monitoring the reception mailbox, managing meeting room requests and providing general support
- Responsible for opening and distributing incoming post, franking and dropping them off at the post office
- Health & Safety representative for the office includes being a fire warden, first aider and maintaining a safe workplace
- Managing refreshments for meetings and ensuring rooms are tidy and clean afterward
- Ensuring the kitchen area is clean and tidy and all items are fully stocked
- Managing stationery and consumables stock control
- Taking on ad-hoc responsibilities as required
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Excellent telephone manner
- Presentable in order to give a good first impression to all entering the building
- Organized and efficient
- Accurate but timely work
- Able to prioritize different tasks
- Exercise discretion when privy to confidential information
- Communicate well with all employees
- Able to recognize employee needs within the office and make appropriate improvements
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
