The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and investing any internally identified errors This role is responsible for upholding and enforcing quality standards defined by the business and its clients. You will be responsible for analysing processes, conducting audits, and implementing quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Duties

• Conduct thorough analyses of agent calls and customer communications.
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies.
• Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, feeding back to managers
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and findings, presenting them to management.
• Train staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
