**Job Description:**
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Salsa Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, professional, and dedicated to helping students of all skill levels achieve their dance goals. As a Salsa Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching salsa classes, creating engaging lesson plans, and contributing to a positive and energetic learning environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Teach salsa classes to students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced dancers.
- Develop and implement structured lesson plans that are fun, engaging, and effective.
- Provide individualized feedback and support to help students improve their technique and confidence.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom.
- Prepare students for performances, competitions, or social dance events as needed.
- Stay current with salsa trends and techniques to ensure up-to-date instruction.
- Participate in studio events, workshops, and promotional activities.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Salsa Instructor or extensive experience as a salsa dancer with a passion for teaching.
- Strong understanding of salsa techniques, styles, and musicality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Professional, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Experience in other dance styles (e.g., Bachata, Merengue) is a plus.
