OWL have teamed up with a globally renowned insurance provider based in Fenchurch Street, London, to find their next Senior Creative Producer to join the Marketing & Communications team.


As our client’s creative staffing specialists, OWL are the trusted experts in finding the right personnel for the content production branch of the business.


Whilst this is in a corporate setting, this is very much a creative role, where your responsibility is to transpire the company’s ethos and brand stories into compelling visual content, leading the creative process from concept through to final delivery.

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior production role with team management experience.
  • Can provide a well established portfolio of creative video projects demonstrating ability to work in B2B/Corporate brand environments.
  • You’re a strategic thinker, creative, and holds technical skills to create high-quality brand films across social media, events, and long-form content.
  • Video production to an expert level, including concept development, shooting, directing and editing - Premiere, After Effects, camera and lighting skills.


The Role

  • Your day-to-day will consist of developing and executing creative concepts that align with our client’s brand values and objectives, crafting stories that resonate with target audiences.
  • As a Senior, you are expected to have a strong grasp and experience of project management i.e. liaising with the rest of the marketing team, clearly communicating and documenting process, aware of and managing budget.
  • This role will include managerial responsibilities of Junior and mid-weight producers and content creators. Sharing you expertise, relaying concepts, delegating tasks, monitoring progress and leading the team.
  • It is key to stay ahead of industry trends. You are responsible for continuously seeking out new techniques, tools, and platforms to enhance content production capabilities and keep the business at the forefront of creative excellence.
