This is a key role in our Day 6 setting in leading on behaviour and attendance, including supporting with learner transitions. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate the team, ensuring that a consistent approach is taken to pastoral and welfare support and clear routines, expectations and protocols are in place. Experience in a similar leadership position and in line managing staff, managing change and generating enthusiasm for trialling new approaches is essential to the role.
Working at Pivot will give you a real chance to change our learner’s lives and we truly believe you will find working here a rewarding experience.
Our Pivot 6 site is based in Bradley, Huddersfield, however, a significant number of our learners are based in Bradford and therefore, travel to our Bradford offsite provision and surrounding area, will be required.
