Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and assembling vehicles. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical knowledge, be proficient in using hand and power tools, and possess excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic equipment
- Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to handle vehicle components
- Weld and assemble parts to complete repairs or modifications
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs to clients and addressing their concerns
- Utilize equipment repair skills to troubleshoot and fix vehicle systems
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certification in automotive repair is a plus
