Care Support Workers

We are currently recruiting motivated and enthusiastic support workers, for our supported living services based in Newark on Trent. If you have a passion for supporting people diagnosed with Autism and physical disabilities, and want to work full time in an organisation who will give you the real opportunity to make difference in someone's life.

• £11.44 - £12ph
• 36 or 48 hrs per week contracts available, plus plenty of overtime
• Mixture of shifts: 8am - 8pm, 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, 7am-10am
• Waking Nights, 10pm-7am
• Shifts on a rota basis, with alternate weekends.
• Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory for some positions
• Rotas are 4 weeks in advance

Duties can vary including:

• Assisting and planning care requirements,
• Monitoring residents conditions, administering medications and promoting
• Personal care
• Maintaining an environment conducive to meeting the needs of the residents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months ideally 2 years recent work experience as a support worker in the UK
• Current DBS on the online update service (this will speed up the process)
• Up to date mandatory training certificates (this will speed up the process)

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
