Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Estate Agent to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of property and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to completion. Your responsibilities will include handling enquiries, arranging viewings, attending viewings, negotiating sales/lettings and aiding clients through our process. A strong emphasis will be placed on delivering a high-end customer service experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilise various channels, including online research, social media, networking, and prospecting, to identify and qualify potential sellers and landlords interested in our property offerings.
- Enquiry Management: Handle incoming enquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed information and guidance to potential clients.
- Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring a positive and informative experience for clients.
- Negotiation: Utilise your natural flair for negotiation and exceptional influencing skills to secure favourable terms for both buyers and sellers.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage, exceeding client expectations and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within the team, taking ownership of projects, and contributing to the overall success of Property Sense.
- Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database, ensuring all relevant information is recorded and tracked efficiently.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation progress, opportunities, and challenges, allowing for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Negotiator.
- Well-presented, dynamic individual with a natural flair for negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Accurate, numerate, and computer literate.
- Team player with excellent organisational skills.
- Full UK driving license and own car.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching and exceeding targets.
- A passion for the property investment and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
