We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Head Baker to join our team. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing our bakery operations, ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods that delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Baking Excellence: Prepare and bake a variety of high-quality breads, pastries, and other baked goods to meet our exacting standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and inspire our team of bakers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Recipe Development: Innovate and develop new recipes, continually enhancing our menu offerings.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistency and quality in all bakery products, maintaining rigorous standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to ensure efficient bakery operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience as a baker, with a strong portfolio of baking skills. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Creativity: A passion for baking and a creative approach to developing new and exciting products.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every product meets our quality standards.
- Team Player: Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively and inspire your team.
- Commitment: Dedication to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bakery environment.
