Supervisor
Hours - 30 (will include some weekends).

Key Responsibilities:
● Provide excellent leadership by example in all areas, acting with honesty and integrity.
● Lead the team in achieving excellent results, ensuring motivation levels remain high and encouraging the team to participate at all levels of the business.
● You are responsible for staff work rate, quality, punctuality and other matters needing attention.
● Develop and maintain positive relationships with the team and the management team.
● Represent the company at the store's local retail association meetings.
● Financial accuracy must be maintained at all times within the shop. Adhering to strict operational procedures and processes to ensure the safety and security of takings and staff at the premises. Completing all shop administrative tasks correctly and on time.
● Maintain and manage stock levels making key decisions regarding stock control at the shop to minimise wastage.
● Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
● Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met through the completion of regular audits, quality checks and adherence to H&S compliance regulations.
● Support, implement and promote all marketing sales activity within the business.
● Respond to customer enquiries and complaints to a successful resolution and escalate where necessary.
● Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
● Inform and update staff on company promotions, and key business updates and ensure continued adherence to company practice.
● Supervising the sales floor regularly talking to staff and customers, and identifying opportunities to increase staff and customer satisfaction.
● Ensuring the shop is run efficiently.
● Complete assignments when set by your line managers
