My client, who is the biggest National Residential Developer, is looking to hire a Technical Manager!

As The Technical Manager, You Will Be Responsible For

• Being the technical lead for projects from bid or tender through to completion
• The delivery of technical duties through all aspects of the project
• Providing post-completion technical support
• Managing the planning and delivery of infrastructure
• Managing the delivery of work of key project stakeholders and customers
• Collating and reviewing existing drawing information to establish accurate project data
  
  

What are they looking for?

• Considerable experience working on mid to large scale residential projects
• Must be detail-oriented with an understanding of process flow and able to handle sensitive and confidential information involving complex project documents
• Ability to work well independently and as part of team
• For you to be highly motivated
• Minimum of 5 years operating in the construction space
