A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT TEAM MEMBER AT WOTTON HOUSE HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
Running night audit using property management system (PMS) software
Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit cards and cash
Answering guest queries and providing services as required
Checking in and checking out guests
Monitoring hotel and reporting any accidents or incidents to the manager
