Head of Development and Income We are looking for a highly skilled leader with exceptional capabilities in income generation, writing, budgeting, people management and strategic planning. This is a full-time, remote working role. Position: Head of Development/Income Generation Location: Remote Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: £49,727, depending on experience plus 5% pension Contract: Permanent Closing Date: Friday 6th September at 9:00am. The Role We are seeking a Head of Development who will drive the development strategy to deliver a broad and expanded income scale, including corporate sector, trusts, foundations, government, and limited individual donors. Key responsibilities include: Income Generation and Business Development Writing and Budgeting Leadership About You With a proven track record in income generation and business development, you will have exceptional writing skills for bid and proposal development. You will have strong numerical skills and experience in budget creation and management and excellent relationship-building and networking abilities. With the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and various teams, you will be a strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset and have experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
