Senior Test Analyst (Hybrid) Position: Senior Test Analyst Location: Windsor Surrey, UK (Hybrid working, 2 days onsite per week) Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Hours: 35 hours per week, flexible between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Are you an experienced Senior Test Analyst looking for a new challenge? Key Responsibilities: Lead test phases across multiple projects, managing the end-to-end testing process. Create and execute test strategies, plans, and cases, ensuring quality and successful project delivery. Coordinate with IT and business users, preparing, executing, and reporting on test progress. Manage test teams, prioritizing workloads and ensuring continuous development. Monitor test progress, report defects, and provide actionable feedback to relevant stakeholders. Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of the testing process. Provide mentorship and training to junior team members. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing roles, with strong hands-on experience. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, TFS, and ALM. Strong technical skills, including API, cross-platform, and non-functional testing. Experience with C#, .NET, HTML, SQL, Postman, and SOAP UI. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with development teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification is a plus. Experience in automation testing and writing scripts from scratch (Selenium WebDriver is a bonus). What They Offer: Competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum.
