Academic Mentor - Havering - ASAP Start Are you a dedicated Academic Mentor looking for a rewarding opportunity in Havering? This Ofsted-rated 'Good' school is seeking a passionate individual to support both high and low-achieving students on a 1:1 and small group basis.

Academic Mentor | Full-time, term-time only

• CPD and on-the-job training to enhance your skills
• Supportive Senior Leadership Team and experienced staff
• Located in Havering, easily accessible via public transport
• Earn £90-£100 per day, working directly with students inside and outside the classroom
• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students, helping to boost progress and attainment
• Work with both the highest and lowest achievers to encourage academic success
• Help the school maintain its strong behaviour management and academic standards
  
  

To succeed as an Academic Mentor in Havering, you will have a 1:1 degree from a leading UK university and A*/A’s at A-Level. Previous experience working with children is essential for this role. You will play a key part in enhancing student performance, helping them to reach their full potential. The school has a strong focus on behaviour management, creating a positive and focused learning environment.
