Position: Support Worker (Full Time, 35-40hours per week)

Pay: Competitive Salary reflective of your skills and experience starting at £11.53 Travel time & milage

Location: Covering Stourport, Bewdley and Kidderminster only.

Role Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License: Essential for traveling to client homes.
• Access to Own Vehicle: Required for the role.
• Availability: Must be available to work from 6:45am to 10:00pm, including weekends.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care to our clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• A genuine passion for caring for others and making a difference in their lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.
