Key Responsibilities As Junior People Partner

  • People Support: Provide expert HR guidance to support our retail operations, ensuring our people practices align with business objectives.
  • Culture Champion: Foster a positive and engaging work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Employee Relations Expert: Address employee relations issues proactively, providing support and guidance managers.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Contribute to onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Champion our employee brand to enhance retention and engagement.
  • HR Program Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective HR programs that support our business goals.
