Clubhouse Manager

Clubhouse Manager - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Our client's business in based in a countryside setting in stunning grounds offering First Class shooting instruction. We are looking for a Clubhouse Manager to compliment the experience of all guests and members.

Working
Hours:

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Week 2: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  
  

Main Purpose:

To manage the daily operations of the Clubhouse, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Front Desk: Oversee guest services, manage bookings, ensure timely handling of inquiries, and maintain the Clubhouse calendar.
• Cellar Operations: Manage stock control, supplier coordination, and beverage inventory.
• Event Planning: Organise shooting and non-shooting events, supporting up to 20 participants.
• Team Management: Lead the Clubhouse team, including the Chef and Assistants.
• Membership & Sales: Handle membership renewals and promote shooting lessons.
• Health & Safety: Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
  
  

Skills & Requirements:

• Essential: Team management experience, strong customer service, organizational skills, Level 2 Food Hygiene, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desirable: Interest in shooting sports and countryside activities.
