Joiner for Roundhouse Work Factory

Place of work:

Orion House, Spring Lane South, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 1AT

The facility is split over two sites, the Machine Shop & the Factory both located in Spring Lane, Malvern

The Machine Shop, where the raw materials are processed is independently managed.

The Factory, at Orion House, is a modern manufacturing facility with approximately 35 staff comprising assembly, spray shop, fit up and despatch.

Responsible to the Production Manager

Main Purpose:

Production of kitchen furniture at Orion House to the agreed schedule & to our exacting standards.

The successful candidate will be required to:

Have practical hands-on experience in kitchen cabinet making or similar.

Ability to work to detailed drawings.

Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and the variety of hand tools and machines used in kitchen cabinet making.

Be focussed, self-motivated and hardworking, thorough and conscientious.

Be able to work within a team, be organised and efficient, patient and flexible.

Be experienced and articulate, with a professional approach.

Be an excellent communicator, friendly, personable and approachable.

Hours of Work:

We operate a four-day working week (Monday to Thursday) 6:45am to 4:45pm.

Salary:

We offer attractive rates of pay and excellent working conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.00-£16.00 per hour
