As an Electrical Supervisor. As part of our dynamic organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing electrical operations and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day electrical operations on-site.
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Direct subcontractors and team members to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Utilize schematics and logic controllers to troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Provide guidance on mechanical knowledge related to electrical components.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain operational efficiency.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Experience:
- Proven experience in electrical supervision or a related field. Minimum 4 years
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication within the team.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with maintaining electrical systems in compliance with regulations
Certifications:
