Job Description:

RxLogix Corporation is seeking an experienced Associate Director – Inside Sales to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the inside sales efforts, driving the team towards achieving sales targets, optimizing sales strategies, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Inside Sales Representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve individual and team goals.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize lead generation and conversion, and maximize sales performance.
  • Performance Management: Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the inside sales team, monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are effectively tracked and managed throughout the sales cycle to facilitate timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the external sales team, marketing team, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts, share best practices, and maximize synergies across the organization.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular sales reports and analysis, including key metrics such as lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and sales performance, to inform strategic decision-making and drive sales effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and develop training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, participating in high-level sales meetings and negotiations as needed to support the sales team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare software industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Adaptability to evolving industry trends and market dynamics.
