What we need?
An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Business Administrator to join a friendly team near Devizes.
This is an office based role with a primary focus on Field service coordination, but you will also participate in other activities to support the business and team, such as preparing reports or making phone calls to customers and suppliers.

You will be an integral part of the Operations team the beating heart of our customer and employee experience. You will need meticulous organisational abilities, a proven track record for effective decision making and be gifted with incredibly strong communication skills to help you accurately deliver on expectations you set with our colleagues and customers.
Your day-to-day interactions and effective contributions will naturally lead you to quickly become an integral member of our amazing team.
You should have some experience or demonstrable skills aligned to the role responsibilities. Previous roles within Field service management, diary/appointment or similar time coordination tasks could be a huge advantage. If this sounds like you, please get in touch.

Your Responsibilities
- Accurately plan, coordinate and communicate all Field service activities, to include managing engineer schedules
- Prepare and send regular updates to our customers
- Various administration tasks
- Communicate with our customers to support multiple departments
- Contract management making adjustments and/or processing renewals
- Help to champion a mutually beneficial and positive business relationship with customers and colleagues
- Provide input and feedback for all identified continual improvement suggestions and opportunities

- Customer Experience (CX) champion
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Positive and energetic Completer-Finisher with can do attitude
- Confident, proactive and effective communicator
- Ability to focus and prioritise within a fast paced and interruption prone environment

- Good general IT skills Microsoft Office suite, Internet and data entry with ability to adopt new systems as they are introduced
The must haves
- Full UK driving licence
- An Enhanced DBS check of the successful candidate will be undertaken and it is a requirement of the post that a clean DBS check be maintained
