What You'll Get
As the Commercial Associate, you’ll get the chance to work for a fast-growing SaaS start-up who are truly pioneering the way Private Equity companies/professionals operate. Salary on offer is up to £40,000 - £55,000 on the base another £19,000 - £24,000 on top (uncapped). There is a huge opportunity for career progression into a full closing sales role or another commercial position. As the 2nd commercial hire for the company, you’ll play a pivotal part in the trajectory of the GTM function AND the wider business!
What You'll Do
You will be working directly alongside the sales director who has firsthand experience of building a high-performing enterprise sales function in a SaaS company, helping to take that company from Series A to >$500m exit. You will wear many hats in this role, although most will be closely aligned to sales… Whether that be building pitch decks, generating leads, booking meetings or jumping in on deals to help the Head of Sales push deals over the line.
What You'll Need
You will have outstanding academics and most likely will be able to demonstrate excellence outside of your work life, whether that be in sports, or perhaps something entrepreneurial! Experience within the PE or wide FS space would be ideal, but not essential. You will need to have the grit and determination required to work in a fast growth, scrappy start-up.
