Job Posting for Service Administrator at Scutum Southwest Ltd
The position is within the Fire and Security Systems Department and would be ideally suited to someone with an excellent Customer Services Background.
You must have a checkable work history record for the last five years
Job Role:
To deal with a high level of emails and calls from customers and suppliers daily.
Supporting customers with arranging services, engineer visits for faults or any queries about their contract.
Organising the daily jobs for the engineers, ensuring they have the equipment they need for the day, and they know where they are going.
Invoicing and closing works that have been completed.
Ensuring that any calls/maintenances not completed are followed up.
Invoicing renewal contracts and completing month end by closing the accounts down for the month.
Collecting various data such as losses and gains each month to be passed to the management team.
Running false alarm reports and contacting customers in the event of a policed alarm.
Keeping reports, contracts, and tracking forms up to date daily.
Working as a team with other departments to complete tasks that require completing.
Experience:
Must have administrative experience, not necessarily within the Fire & Security Industry.
Must have excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Including the use of Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Experience in customer service, communicating with customers and suppliers, including the ability to deal with customer issues.
Great team working skills, you will be working closely with the service manager as well as other departments in dealing with daily matters.
Must be very organised and have good timekeeping. You will need to be able to multi-task with various works that arise throughout a day.
Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
The drive to learn the industry and areas within the role.
PLACE OF WORK
The post will be based from Plymouth. Hours 08.30 to 17.00, 30 mins unpaid lunch.
