As the first point of contact for visitors to our hotel, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their stay and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Location: London, United Kingdom Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour as they enter the hotel, providing assistance with luggage and directing them to the appropriate areas. Manage the flow of guests in the lobby area, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process and assisting with any inquiries or special requests. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times, representing the hotel brand with pride and enthusiasm. Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from guests, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Coordinate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping and concierge, to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction. Assist with administrative tasks, such as processing guest payments, updating reservation systems, and maintaining accurate records. Monitor guest feedback and communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff members to ensure prompt resolution. Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest service, safety, and security, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
