The role: Multi Site Night Duty Manager
Permanent, full time - 7pm -7am 4 nights on, 4 nights off
Location - London Area / within M25
Salary - 40,000 plus 10% bonus
A well-established organization is seeking a flexible and experienced Multi-Site Night Duty Manager to join their team. This pivotal role involves overseeing concierge services across multiple sites in the London area, ensuring the highest standards of resident satisfaction, seamless service delivery, and maintaining the quality of each property.
Working closely with the concierge and building management teams, the Multi-Site Night Duty Manager will ensure that all service components function smoothly, fostering a unified, "one-team" approach. As a key representative of the brand and its developments, you will play a vital role in maintaining the company's high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support night concierge teams across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Operations Manager, building management, and staff to ensure concierge personnel uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary contact for residents, effectively addressing feedback, inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of concierge desks and lobby areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure concierge areas comply with safety and security protocols.
- Liaise with the management team to promptly address any operational concerns.
- Provide direct concierge services when needed, ensuring resident needs are met efficiently.
- Coordinate and oversee the seamless operation of concierge services across all sites.
- Manage security protocols, including access control and CCTV monitoring.
- Respond to and manage security incidents or emergencies as they arise.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a concierge or front-of-house role, ideally within a residential setting.
- Experience managing multiple sites is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented approach to work.
- Eagerness to learn, with a commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
- Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
