Job Title: Outbound Customer ServiceDuration: Temporary, approximately 8 weeksPay: £12-14 per hour depending on experienceWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, shifts between 6am and 8pmHours: 35 hours per weekLocation: Glasgow City Centre for training then remoteAre you someone who thrives in a busy and fast-paced environment? As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to third parties collaborating with the company, confirming customer details, and manually updating them in a new system.
