If you are an experienced Project Delivery Manager with experience in system implementations, (specifically ERP systems) and digitisation projects we may have the perfect role for you.


It’s an exciting time to join Seashell as we move through our digitisation project. As our Project Delivery Manager you’ll look after the end-to-end digitisation project, streamlining systems and process across Seashell.

Ideally, you’ll have a knowledge of the charity or public sector and have a firm understanding of how to increase digital maturity across an organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Agile delivery of projects within the Finance, HR, IT & Business Excellence Directorate – within the agreed scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Role modelling best practice project delivery across Seashell

Our site is continuously growing and developing, we’re currently undergoing works to build a brand-new Royal College Manchester, so the demands of our site are ever changing, with a lot of external contractors on site.


We’re looking for someone to be a Seashell Ambassador and be committed to ensuring the continuous development of our site to support the children and young people in our care.


We’re looking for someone who is up to date with regulatory and industry requirements & trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis.


You’ll use your skills to explore and experiment with new tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities and deliver more impactful insights.


What you’ll need for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in managing complex projects, ideally system implementation
  • Awareness of Information governance – data protection and cyber security
  • Proficiency in project management software, with an in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as communication, time management, risk/dependency and people management skills
  • A detail orientated approach, with curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.
