Secondary Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work full-time in a vibrant secondary school. This role involves providing essential support to students, ensuring they receive the guidance and assistance needed to succeed in their academic journey.

Role Requirements:

• Experience supporting secondary school children in a school setting is essential.
• A degree-level qualification is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with students.
• Proficiency in behavior management techniques to create a conducive learning environment.
• Experience in special education or working with diverse student populations is a plus.
• A degree in Education or relevant field is required.
• Passion for teaching and supporting the academic growth of high school students

Position Details:

• Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8am - 3:30pm.
• Competitive pay rate of £90 - £95 per day (PAYE).
