Salary: £24,100 to 26,400

Job Location: Home Based, with some working in Oldbury Office
As an Administrator working within the Medical Device operations team you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to to ensure that all activities required within the department are completed to the required standards, timescales and meet any internal or contractual KPIs.
You’ll be committed to providing a high level of service to both internal and external customers. The role holder will assist the Medical Devices Team in achieving business objectives and targets and liaise with clients, affiliates, and auditors in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.
Key Accountabilities

Process all financial transactions allowing sustained revenue targets are met each month

Monitor and report the completion of the scheduled unannounced visits ensuring compliance with the regulations inside the defined cycles

To support the efficiency of the delivering office by providing solutions and improvements to the workflow to allow for a high level of customer service

Manage the workflow of the centralised technical file review team with emphasis on the scheduling of effective utilisation of resources each year
-
Provide an overview of the workflow for medical devices to analyse and identify trends in the SGS offices knowledge
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a high-level administrative environment (collation and analysis of data), or collation and data analysis skills gained through degree-level education or equivalent.
We also require the following experience and skills;

A good understanding of how to use Microsoft packages
