Agile Project Manager Opportunity with a Leading E-commerce Platform

We are seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our team on a project-based collaboration, supporting the development and delivery of our e-commerce platform. This is a unique chance to drive the project's success and contribute to the growth of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning:Lead the agile project planning process, creating timelines, sprints, and tasks to ensure successful project delivery within scope and budget.
• Scrum Master:Act as a scrum master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep the project on track and address any impediments.
• Team Coordination:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders to drive project progress and foster a productive working environment.
• Continuous Improvement:Implement and uphold agile best practices, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and identify opportunities to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality.
• Risk Management:Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to the project timeline.
• Client Communication:Maintain regular communication with clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or in a similar role, overseeing software development or IT projects.
• Certification:Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification is preferred.
• Skills:
• Proficient in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide the project team effectively.
• Expertise in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
