Our client based in Amersham are currently recruiting for a part time office administrator to work with them on a temporary basis initially with a view to go permanent.
You will be required to work 18 hours per week Monday to Friday. There is on-site parking available.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Provide high level administration support to the team
- Managing calendars and appointments
- Handle phone calls and communications professionally
- Filing, data entry and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings
- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations and financial data
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Utilise Google Suite for document management
Skills Required
- Strong organiser
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office suite and Google suite
- Previous administration experience
