Painter

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our Voids team in carrying out full redecoration of vacant social housing properties. We work for all of the major social housing providers so there is a constant stream of work for the right individual.

Pay:

- All of the work is price work with a set rate which will be discussed upon application.
- All of our current operatives earn circa £40,000-£45,000 per annum.
- Can be paid via PAYE or as a sub contactor.

Requirements:
- Must have own vehicle so you can drive to different work sites as required.
- CSCS Card and Asbestos Awareness.

Skills:
- Proficient in painting techniques and methods
- Strong communication skills to keep management updated regularly
- Ability to drive to various locations for work assignments
- Can do attitude when approaching jobs
- Good command of the English language for effective communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• painting: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (required)
• Driving Licence (required)
