Programme Support Officer

Job Overview
We are seeking a Programme Support Officer. This is a highly important role whereby you will support our learners throughout their journey with us and represent our company.

The Role

• Carry out regular reviews with the learners on a one to one basis to look over performance
• Support the enrolment / on boarding process with our new learners
• Deliver new start inductions
• Offer continued advice and guidance and hold additional support learning classes
• Provide support in the building of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) if required
• Support tutors and candidates with end point assessment (EPA) guidance, documents and bookings
• Work collaboratively with tutors, candidates and employers to ensure candidates do not go over planned end date

No previous experience in education is needed as full training will be provided with a structured induction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
