Soho Tavern is a young ambitious independ family owned business with mutiple sites. Recent winners of the best gastro pub in the U.K.

We are searching for an experienced mixologist that would be commited to our brand, we are multi award winning bar and restaurant group.

The ideal candidate will need a great front of house presence coupled with good knowledge of wines, spirits and both classic / contemporary cocktails.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Flexitime
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Solihull: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 2 years (required)
• cocktail making: 1 year (required)
• Bartending: 1 year (required)
