Senior Creative Strategist – £50,000 - £60,000 – London / Hybrid
Award-winning global brand design agency are seeking a talented strategist to join their team. This will be an integrated role but with a digital first approach, you will propose campaign plans for a range of European markets.

- Hybrid working – 2 days in office/ 3 wfh
Working in close collaboration with the Creative Director and the broader Design and Client Service teams for all client briefs, you will leverage your robust storytelling abilities and insatiable curiosity to discover distinctive insights. Your role involves suggesting compelling propositions for campaigns and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth research through qualitative methods, interviews, and desktop analysis, synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
- Addressing client brand challenges, spanning from identity and journey mapping to portfolio analysis, NPD launches, and below-the-line (BTL) solutions.
- Spearheading the strategic development of campaigns, content, and BTL marketing communications for clients in the FMCG, Finance, and Tech sectors.
- Transforming insights into concise and compelling briefs and proposals.
- Taking the lead in crafting client presentations and analytical documents in response to briefs.
- Collaborating with creative teams and copywriters to bring concepts to fruition.
- Engaging with global offices to incorporate local market insights.
- Providing support to new business teams in the development of proposals.
Key Requirements
- Passionate about brands, innovative ideas, and seamless communication across diverse channels such as digital, in-store, and emerging technologies.
- Proven track record in strategically guiding clients within the FMCG, Finance, and B2B sectors. Extensive agency background, specializing in integrated, brand, and digital strategies, with a focus on executing comprehensive omni-channel campaigns.
- Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with persuasive abilities.
- Brings expertise in brand and communications planning. Proficient in effective time and project management, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic objectives.
- A collaborative team player, fostering a cooperative approach by guiding both creatives and clients through the journey.
