Stafforce are recruiting for a Book Keeperto complete book keeping duties to fulfil the business needs and accounting obligations of my client. To oversee department including credit control, to maximise efficiency within the branch and to their clients.

Job Description:
Sales Ledger:- Oversee and check sales ledger activity and entries, raising credit notes if needed. Update spreadsheet at month end for issuing invoices and request PO's
Purchase Ledger:- Reconcile invoices with statements. Check creditors list for outstanding invoices. Log details for Dart charge, TFL etc. Standing Orders and BACS payments
Expenses:- Organising all expenses, submitting and authorising
Payments:-BACS run, PAYE, VAT, Corporation Tax
Reconciliations:- Bank, Petty Cash, Credit Card
You would also support the Credit Control department and attend regular meeting with the Managing Director to ensure debtors list is managed. Supporting with all Administration tasks within the team
What strengths are we looking for?
Bookkeeping and Credit Control previous experience
Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
Strong Administration duties
Sage knowledge
