Handyman

We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Handyperson, Building Technician or Maintenance Assistant to join a maintenance team based in a distribution centre environment near Coventry.

Working hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Handyman

• Building fabric maintenance, painting, minor carpentry etc.
• Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports.
• Minor painting / fitting doors, changing broken tiles etc.
• Checking / repairing sanitary ware, toilets, taps etc.
• Changing / cleaning filters.
  
  

About You As The Handyman

• Basic Building services / maintenance background.
• Basic Electrical and Plumbing knowledge.
• Experience working in large commercial building.
• Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis.
