Onboard Sales and Services Assistant - Rosslare intake (NI number needed)
Stena Line are currently looking for experience seafarers to join the team on the
Stena Nordica - Fishguard to Rosslare route. As an Onboard Sales and Services Assistant at Stena Line, you’ll enjoy working closely with a diverse team who are passionate about exceptional customer service. We need welcoming, caring and reliable Onboard Sales and Services Assistants – people who will ensure our guests have such a wonderful experience on board, that they can’t wait to sail with Stena Line again!
- Cabins: Ensuring cabins are cleaned thoroughly and in excellent condition prior to our guests’ arrival on board.
- Restaurants: Making sure our diners have a fantastic experience by delivering prompt and friendly service, clearing tables, and washing dishes as needed.
- Shops: Working the tills and handling customer requests, while ensuring that our shops are clean, tidy and well-stocked.

Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 12 months experience working in a customer service/hospitality role.
- Be willing to work away from home for up to two weeks at a time
- Over 18 years old
- UK NI number - we can support you through the process
- UK Bank account
