Requirements
As the CRM Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maximising the conversion of new business enquiries into satisfied clients and work closely with our Digital Marketing and Client Care Teams to implement effective sales strategies, foster a culture of customer service excellence, and leverage marketing insights to optimise our digital marketing efforts.
You'll be responsible for:
- CRM Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Data Management: Oversee the collection, organisation, and analysis of lead and customer data to gain insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and trends.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns to engage and nurture leads throughout the customer journey, from initial contact to conversion.
- Segmentation and Personalisation: Segment leads and customers based on demographics, behaviour, and preferences to deliver targeted and personalised communications and marketing campaigns.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products or services, and drive conversions. Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other relevant metrics to optimise campaign performance.
- Automation and Integration: Implement CRM automation tools and integrate them with other marketing and sales platforms to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Working with our Market Analyst to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, lead conversion, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and lead generation. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to enhance our CRM strategies and processes.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in an online lead generation or digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, practices, and technologies, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo), email marketing tools, and marketing automation software.
- Understanding of data protection laws (GDPR) and regulations
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Benefits
Hours & Salary:
- £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
- 35 Hours (Full-time) Monday - Friday
- Flexible working, minimum 20% working from the office - must be able to commute to Leeds for meetings
