A pan-European industrial Real Estate company is looking to onboard a French speaking Accounts Assistant to sit within the Finance and Operations team at their London-based HQ. The company is a leading development management and investment business with assets under management worth over €3 billion.
This is a varied role where you will be responsible for third party administrator oversight, invoice processing, ensuring timely payments from tenants and to suppliers, reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate will have experience in property management accounting and possess strong organisational and communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
Raise, review and process invoices related to property management
Ensure invoices are coded correctly
Oversight of third party administrators in preparing and process electronic transfers.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements
Providing assistance with investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues with tenant statements
Preparing reports related to accounts payable, such as aging reports, cash flow forecasts,
and audit documentation.
Maintaining positive relationships with tenants, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues related to payments or invoices.
Key requirements
French speaker essential
Experience in accounts payable
Experience with property management accounting software (Yardi is highly desirable)
Microsoft office skills (Excel and Powerpoint)
Hard-working with an ability to work in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment
