Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the organisation, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. Ideally a background in Life Sciences and/or Healthcare recruitment but we are flexible.

Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership to drive performance and productivity
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organisational goals
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: £96,251.00-£105,689.00 per year
