Swift Childcare apprenticeship, you'll get a deep dive into a range of subjects such as: development, paediatric first aid, health and safety and many more. These are all areas that are fundamentals within the early years sector. As well as a full-time paid position, group and one-to-one training across all aspects of the early years, and a full level 3 qualification at the end of it.

A successful candidate will have:

• A GCSE grade C/4 or above in Maths and English or equivalent
• A passion for childcare and have a basic understanding of Early Years
• Some childcare experience whether that is personal or professional. responsibilities of this job role will include:
• Working towards Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship.
• Supporting the development of the childcare provision.
• Providing an excellent range of activities that ensures that the child learns whilst having fun.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Providing challenging and stimulating age appropriate activities for all children
• Taking part in First Aid training as required
• Responsibility for equal opportunity in delivery, access and attitude in aspects of service delivery
• Observe, assess and support children’s development and progress
• Preparing and maintaining the environment and resources for the children.
• Following Safeguarding and health and safety regulations to support the nursery to maintain their ofsted standard

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: From £5.28 per hour
