This role requires a capable Financial Administrator comfortable working in a busy and fast paced start up environment. This role will be pivotal in managing the financial support to the organisation.
This role could be considered on a full or part time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial records using Xero accounting software.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Assist Financial Controller in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Monitor and report on financial performance and variances.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
Key Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role.
Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
