Director of Alliances, EMEA - Remote


We are representing a leading SaaS company specialising in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Our client provides cloud-based solutions that help organisations manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, making them a trusted partner to global enterprises across various industries.


We are seeking an experienced Director of Alliances to lead and manage strategic partnerships with consulting companies/systems integrators across the EMEA region. This role is critical in driving growth through the development and management of alliances that enhance the market presence of our client’s GRC solutions.


The idea candidate would speak English, with French or German ideally.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Partner Management:


  • Lead and maintain strong relationships with existing Alliance partners across the EMEA region, ensuring ongoing alignment with our company’s strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimise partner engagement, addressing any challenges and identifying new ways to drive mutual business value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support joint initiatives.


Go-to-Market Strategy Development:


  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies that leverage the strengths of our partners.
  • Design and execute co-marketing campaigns, joint sales initiatives, and other collaborative efforts that drive demand and adoption of our SaaS solutions.
  • Ensure that all go-to-market strategies are aligned with both the company’s objectives and the specific needs of the EMEA market.


Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:

  • Regularly track and report on the performance of all alliance activities, using key metrics to assess the success of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, address any issues, and refine strategies to ensure continued growth and success.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize partnership outcomes, ensuring that both our company and our partners achieve their strategic goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in alliance management, business development, or strategic partnerships, within the SaaS or working directly for a consulting company/system integrator
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex partnerships and driving significant business growth through strategic alliances, particularly in the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with partners, resulting in increased market share and revenue.
